CHLOE Khan has been showing off the results of her bum lift while celebrating her 26th birthday in the Bahamas.

Naturally, if you spent thousands of pounds on having fat injected to your derriere leaving you unable to sit down for six weeks, you'd want to flaunt it.

Spotted enjoying some alone time on the beach, Chloe revealed perhaps a little more than she expected. Her white top turned see-through after a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.

Clearly unaware of nearby cameras, Chloe strolled along the beach and showed off her enviable figure.

Looking off into the distance the Celebrity Big Brother star gave her best pout with her deisgner lips as she stared behind her enhanced behind.

Speaking about the procedure, she revealed: "I'm on my way to Elite after care, it is in Turkey so I'm going to jump on a quick flight to go and get a Brazilian butt lift.

It comes just weeks after Chloe had a secret nose job as she continues her plastic surgery journey.
