DR HANNAH Fry describes herself as a "mathematician, science presenter and all-round badass" on her self-titled blog.
Here's all you need to know about the brainbox and where you may recognise her from...
Who is Hannah Fry?
Determined to prove that maths is anything but boring, Hannah has used her skills to create equations for human behaviours such as falling in love, shopping habits, urban crime, riots and terrorism.
Hannah was born on February 21, 1984, and grew up in Ware, Hertfordshire.
She attended the all-girls' academy Presdales School, whose alumni include EastEnders actress Kacey Ainsworth (who played Little Mo Mitchell) and Bianca Gascoigne.
Hannah studied, you guessed it, mathematics at University College London (UCL) and gained a doctorate in fluid dynamics.
She is now a lecturer in the mathematics of cities at UCL's Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis.
The research team include a unique mix of physicists, mathematicians, architects, geographers and computer scientists to study patterns of human behaviour in urban towns and cities.
Hannah has also written a book, called The Mathematics Of Love: Patterns, Proofs And The Search For The Ultimate Equation, after giving a TED talk of the same title - which has attracted nearly 4 million views.
Her tips for finding love include choosing ugly friends, drawing attention to your flaws and not settling down until the age of 22.
She has a second book, called The Indisputable Existence Of Santa Claus, which includes equations for calculating who should be on your gift list and predicting The Queen's Christmas message.
