Love Island fans think newbie Georgia Harrison deliberately coupled up with Essex boy Kem Cetinay so they can end up on Towie together

LOVE Island viewers think they've cracked the mystery of why Towie star Georgia so cruelly tore Kem away from Amber when picking a partner following her late arrival on the show.
Georgia was asked to pick whichever man she wanted after arriving on the island and went for Kem - and viewers think she did this because their mutual Essex roots mean they could become a Towie couple.
Fans of Love Island took to Twitter in their droves to discuss whether Georgia had plans for her and Towie hairdresser Kem to be the next Megan McKenna and Pete Wicks.
And some viewers were even speculating that they knew each other before going on Love Island - because Kem "dodged" talking to Georgia at first.
After the recoupling, one viewer wrote: "Always gonna happen wasn't it, they're both from Essex."
Another agreed, writing: "Literally only reason Georgia picked Kem is cos he's from Essex too and she thinks they're gonna end up on TOWIE together."
A third even said: "It's pretty blatant Georgia was on towie and knows Kem already. He dodged her when she came in too #loveisand."
Welsh Amber was furious that Kem had been taken away from her just hours after he confessed his love to her - following a turbulent few weeks of will-they-won't-they moments.
When picking Kem, Georgia told the group: “I haven’t got a lot to go by yet. I think he’s got good banter and he’s kind-hearted.
“Being the new person, I don’t feel the need to play it safe. So for that reason the boy I’d like to couple up with is Kem.”
Despite previously deciding Amber was a "snake" who doesn't deserve Kem, Love Island viewers slammed Georgia for her tactical Towie forward-planning.
Other viewers were convinced that Kem and Georgia knew each other before Love Island because they both move in the same circles in Essex.

After taking Kem for her own, Georgia had a rather spiky exchange with Amber, who she claimed was already making her feel "uncomfortable".
Georgia told her: “I don’t think it’s right that you make me feel uncomfortable at this point."
A fuming Amber hit back: “You picked my boyfriend. He’s my boyfriend.”
Love Island continues Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.
