Beyonce looks fresh-faced and toned as she hits spin class with Jay-Z six weeks after the birth of her twins
BEYONCE emerged from a sweaty spin class with a dazzling smile as she got stuck into her fitness regime just six weeks after giving birth to her twins with husband Jay Z.
The rapper was on-hand to act as her gym buddy as they headed to a class at iconic Hollywood studio SoulCycle, before they sealed their exhausting efforts with a sweet kiss.
The yummy new mum to Sir and Rumi, as well as five-year-old Blue Ivy, showed off her sizzling post-pregnancy figure as she treated herself to some me-time.
She wore a clingy black top and matching leggings which flashed her honed peachy bum as the couple emerged from their intense cardio session.
Halo singer Beyonce, 35, tied her hair back in a low ponytail and chose a baseball cap to further keep her hair from her face as she pedalled.
Meanwhile Jay, who looked less fresh-faced than his stunning wife, pulled the hood of his jacket over his head and clutched a towel in his hand.
The Holy Grail singer held Beyonce's hand as he led her to their huge people carrier before they sealed their workout with a public show of affection.
Proving the ultimate gent, he then offered his hand for her to push up from as she clambered inside the vehicle.
The pair had been nattering throughout their journey from the studio and seemed delighted to be treated to some child free time.
The new parent made sure to keep hydrated as she carried a bottle of water along with them.

Their workout comes days after Beyonce partied with her celebrity pals as she celebrated becoming a parent for the second and third times.
The star and her sister Solange enjoyed a day out at FYF festival and took time to show some love and support to rap star Missy Elliot during her set.
Bey looked stunning as she flashed her famous smile at the camera while posing for her pic with her sister and her Fighting Tempations collaborator.
Missy posted the snap of her social media page and gushed about the moment to her fans.

Beyonce's day out comes after the birth certificates for her and Jay-Z’s twins have revealed more details about the babies – including a Kardashian connection.
The documents obtained by TMZ confirm that Rumi and Sir were born on June 13 and at 5.13am local time, with daughter Rumi being delivered first.
Overseeing the birth was Dr Paul Crane who delivered Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s children North and Saint, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s brood, Mason, Penelope and Reign, plus Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s daughter Dream.
They were born at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
And while the babies certainly have memorable first names the superstar parents have opted not to give them middle monikers - although the certificates do settle the argument between fans over the son’s name revealing it as simply Sir Carter, rather than as many wondered Sir Carter Carter.
The couple shared the first picture of their new born twins earlier this month, much to the delight of fans.
In a glorious picture that is typically Beyoncé, the new mum cradled her son and daughter while dressed in a flowing purple gown and a light blue veil.
Echoing the floral theme on her pregnancy announcement shoot, the 35-year-old posed in front of a lush, flower-laden gazebo with the sea in the background.
