The twisted American series will see the have-a-go blue-haired cult leader gain momentum and followers in his area as killer clowns claim even more victims
KAI ANDERSON’S reign of terror in American Horror Story: Cult is only getting stronger as his killer clown posse begin to take over the town in latest episode, Holes.
A new teaser trailer for next week’s episode shows the fast-growing cult in its full glory – with Kai Anderson working as their figure-head to recruit more people throughout the area.
The blue-haired leader, who has been slowly recruiting the scared and easily led throughout the series, vows to bring the killers to justice live on the news, despite being in charge of them himself.
Meanwhile, his lackies, all-adorned in freaky killer clown masks, prepare to take their next victims in increasingly more theatrical ways.
And Kai seems to have found an important ally in news reporter Beverly Hope, who is helping him with his campaign by giving him airtime and helping him plot after he killed her rival Serina last week.
In one chilling moment, the snappy journalist laughed in the face of her boss Bob after he demands that she stops reporting on ‘Fake News’ – slamming the door behind her as she refuses to be trodden down anymore.
As more and more clowns appear, viewers are left guessing who could be behind them, and if it’s anyone we’ve been introduced to yet.
Because this is American Horror Story, everyone is a suspect.
In the last episode, 11/9, viewers were clued in to how exactly Kai recruited members of the Cult – and how many people we know so far are involved.
This included the shock reveal that Ivy Mayfair-Richards, the devoted wife to the season’s leading lady Ally, was at least in part connected to the members, and has been for a while.
While we don’t know for sure that she is an official member of the cult, Ivy was seen kidnapping and torturing a Trump supporter during the last episode – proving she isn’t as innocent as she seems.
She also had a pre-standing connection to the twisted nanny, Winter, despite pretending they had never met when she applied for the job.
