ROLLING Stones' legend Keith Richards is selling his New York penthouse for £9million.
And inside shots of his Greenwich village apartment certainly reflect the guitarist's cool reputation with minimalist decor and hip touches like a giant gold hand chair, vinyl records on the wall and a union flag print.
The guitarist and wife Patti Hanson have owned the pad for three years, paying around £8million for it back in 2014, according to the .
A source told the publication: “It’s an exquisite apartment.
“What makes it so unusual is that it has rock and roll touches and high-end modern finishes - in a classic, prewar building.”
Along with the vinyl records and union flag print, other wall art includes a painted caption on the wall which reads: "You're never too young to rock and roll" - perhaps a pertinent reminder of the rocker's 73 years.
The apartment boats four bedrooms - each with en suite bathrooms - which offered plenty of room for Keith's five children and his grandchildren to stay.
There was plenty of space for Keith's rock and roll wardrobe with the master suite featuring two walk-in wardrobes.
What's more, the plush pad boasts three private terraces offering spectacular views.
One of the outdoor areas leads off the kitchen where the new owner can eat and admire the view of Fifth Avenue and Washington Square Park.
The rocker appears to favour an all-white decor with splashes of bright colour including sea green turquoise couches in the lounge.
According to the Post, the Art Deco building has also been homed to famed movie directors Brian De Palma and Tim Burton.
Keith also owns homes in Connecticut, Sussex in the UK and an oceanfront spread in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
