Holly Willoughby is so terrified of ghosts that she refused to go to the loo in her own home because she was convinced it was haunted
The 36-year-old was forced to go to the loo in Sainsbury's because she didn't want to go at home.
HOLLY Willoughby has revealed she’s so terrified of ghosts she once refused to go to the loo in her own home – because she was convinced it was haunted.
The 36-year-old – who got the fright of her life on the Celeb Juice Halloween special tonight – opened up about her biggest fear, admitting she was so scared she had to leave her house after watching the Woman in Black with her husband Dan Baldwin.
She told the : “I was so scared I had to leave the house. It was daytime, too.
“We’d been to see the Woman in Black, me and Dan. Where we lived at the time there was only a bathroom upstairs.
“I came downstairs to say goodbye to him as he was going to work. I was in my pyjamas and he went. I looked upstairs and thought, ‘I can’t go up there in case she’s up there.’
“I needed the loo. The only way I could do it was to go to the dirty laundry washing bin in the kitchen, put on filthy clothes and drive to Sainsbury’s, which was where the nearest toilet was.”
And she admitted that her daughter Belle, six, has inherited her overactive imagination when it comes to all things ghoulish.
The youngster, who is the middle child between Harry, eight and Chester, three, sometimes imagines she sees things and the This Morning presenter really struggles telling her there’s nothing there.
During Thursday night’s episode of Celebrity Juice, Holly showed viewers just what a scaredy-cat she is, as she was forced to go into a ‘haunted’ corridor.
Going in with Kieth Lemon and Rylan Clark, Holly insisted she was just going to shut her eyes throughout.
She got so terrified throughout the experience that she ended up just cowering on the fall with her hands over her face, waiting for it to be over.
