Mel B in talks with former nanny Lorraine Giles to put an end to sex-tape fears

MEL B has started talks to settle with her former nanny to avoid details of their filmed threesomes being revealed in a trial.

Lorraine Gilles is suing the Spice Girl for libel.

Mel’s court papers claim Gilles, 26, was a “prostitute” and “home wrecker”.

Mel, 42, alleged she was abused by estranged husband Stephen Belafonte and he and Gilles conspired to use the sex tapes against her.

They denied the claims.

The singer dropped an attempt to slap a permanent restraining order on the German au pair and Belafonte, 42, on Monday, preventing an initial trial.

A source said: “Mel has changed tack.

"Going to court for millions of dollars with no guarantees is not sensible for someone with money woes.”
