STEPHEN Belafonte has reportedly been ordered to destroy any explicit videos he has of estranged wife Mel B, as the pair finally reach a divorce deal.

Following a bitter divorce battle in which the former Spice Girl, 42, was awarded a restraining order against the movie producer, it was said that the warring exes had struck an agreement on November 8.

In legal documents reportedly obtained by  it is claimed that one of the conditions agreed upon is that Belafonte, also 42, destroys any sex tapes he has featuring Mel.

Rumours of an open relationship and threesomes, which had plagued Mel B and Belafonte's ten year marriage, resurfaced during their eight-month court fight.

Their former nanny Lorraine Gilles told courts she had willingly had sex with the couple, and Mel B alleged that Giles and Belafonte conspired to use the sex tapes against her.

The singer also claimed Gilles had an affair with Belafonte behind her back, but aborted the baby after he paid her £241,000.

Both Belafonte and Gilles, who in court papers said that she embarked on a seven-year affair with Mel, denied the claims.

Gilles filed a defamation claim against the singer, who she was preparing to sue for “unspecified damages” over the allegations.

The legal papers are also said to state that Belafonte will "receive spousal support for the next three years", although the amount has not been revealed.

Mel previously blocked Belafonte from accessing all of their bank accounts after claiming he controlled her £40million finances during their marriage.

Other clauses in the agreement are said to include the couple setting a schedule for sharing joint legal custody of their six-year-old daughter Madison, for whom neither will pay child support.

The movie bigwig had previously been banned from their mansion in the Hollywood Hills, after Mel took out a temporary restraining order.

He was seemingly told to stay away from Mel and her three daughters following her allegations of physical violence and sexual exploitation.
