GLOWING Mariah Carey looks ready to enjoy her favourite time of the year - Christmas - after she was forced to cancel three tour dates last month due to ill health.
The diva posted an Instagram showing her wearing a red fishtail gown with gold embellishments for a festive performance last night with the caption: "Thank you New York!!! So happy to be back at the @beacontheatre for the 4th year."
Last month Mariah, 47, cancelled the opening shows of her All I Want For Christmas tour, after contracting an upper respiratory infection.
She shared the news in a lengthy Twitter post, after confirming she was pulling out of US shows on November 27, 28, and December 1.
Mariah said: "Lambs! Just in time for the holiday gift-giving season, it seems I've received a present of my own; a lovely upper respiratory infection after last week's flu. Bleak!"
But she is now back to good health and as well as being on stage, she looked her glamourous self wearing a lace bodice to put the finishing touches to her gigantic tree.
Mariah, who has been looking super slender in an array of figure-hugging outfits, has prompted rumours she had weight loss surgery .
Insiders claim she "underwent gastric sleeve surgery" to help manage her weight.
According to a report by Page Six , the chart-topper had the delicate procedure last month after being teased for her appearance in a variety of skimpy stage outfits.
They say the 48-year-old superstar "became self-conscious because of cruel online commenters," so had a top surgeon in Beverly Hills, California, perform the operation which sees a tiny portion of the stomach removed.
The mum-of-two has six-year-old twin daughters Moroccan and Monroe with ex-husband Nick Cannon.
She's currently dating her toyboy backing dancer, Bryan Tanaka, 34.
It emerged last month that he had taken over as her day-to-day manager, and is taking home a five-figure paycheck each week.
But Mariah is already seeing pound signs this month, as it was reported that the singer earns £376,000 each year in royalties from her festive hit, All I Want For Christmas Is You.
Mariah was delivered a blow last week when US reports claimed she received 'just' £3m and her £7m diamond engagement ring following a lengthy battle with her ex-fiance, billionaire James Packer.
She had reportedly demanded £37m, after he dumped her just before she headed out on tour in 2016.
