She keeled over and clutched her side as blood poured out onto her hands.

Viewers are now terrified that Jac won't survive and will be leaving the BBC soap.

The episode saw Jac fall apart as the pressures became too much and she became overwhelmed by the grief of Jasmines's death.

She broke down in tears as Fletch hugged her and encouraged her to set things right.

She started by apologising to Oliver Valentine who she had clashed with during surgery.

However, as she made her way down the stairs, she met Raf and she asked him to hand in her resignation letter to Hanssen for her.

Suddenly the stairwell was plunged into darkness as the lights went out throughout the hospital.

A gunshot went off and then Jac was seen clutching her side as blood gushed out of her wound.
