He might be flat out with training for this weekend's show but there's always time for a swift selfie
JAKE Quickenden might be training hard for his Dancing on Ice stint, but he's also putting in the practise for the perfect pout.
The reality TV star was snapped making a kissy face into his phone on the way in to training - but if the selfie was ever intended for Instagram it never made the cut.
Jake - whose DOI co-stars include Donna Air, Cheryl Baker and Kem Cetinay - probably should have been paying attention to where he was walking as a slight slip and twist of the ankle could cause devastating implications for his gruelling training.
But he took the risk and snapped a selfie anyway.
The picture could well have been a message for fiancée Danielle Fogarty who is no doubt missing Jake as he spends every day training for the show.
The couple met after Jake came second place on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2014 to her dad Carl Fogarty and are planning on getting hitched once DOI has finished.
Jake asked Danielle to marry him when he got down on one knee on his birthday last September and Danielle revealed on Boxing day that it was the last Christmas she was going to spend as a 'Miss'.
However, if the photo wasn't for Danielle and was intended for Social Media it didn't end up on any of his platforms, the last picture uploaded to his Instagram feed being a brooding black and white shot of his tattoos.
Jake is one of this year's DOI favourites with the show's first contestant to get the boot, Candice Brown, tipping him for the win.
However Candice added that she believes a switch in music and themes, combined with less preparation time, will leave the contest "wide open" to other winners.
