Robbie Williams set for yet another row with neighbour Jimmy Page over plans for swimming pool in London home
ROBBIE WILLIAMS is set for yet another row with rock legend neighbour JIMMY PAGE over Rob’s plans for an underground swimming pool and gym.
The LED ZEPPELIN guitarist and the former Take That star have been bashing heads ever since Robbie moved in next door in West London.
It’s safe to say there’s not a Whole Lotta Love between the pair, who fell out over Robbie’s extensive renovation plans for his 46-room home.
And their long-running feud is likely to flare up again after Robbie submitted revised plans for a basement pool and gym which will be linked to his house by a “discreet” tunnel.
And with the builders poised to pile in again, the Seventies rocker will be fuming.
A source said: “Jimmy will not be impressed by Robbie’s latest bid. He just wants to be left in peace and hates all the disruption and noise caused by Robbie’s never-ending building works.”
In a subtle nod at Jimmy’s discontent, Robbie’s planning agent even hints at their feud in the official application, saying: “The importance of maintaining good relations and communication channels between the client, contractor and neighbours was agreed to be a critical issue.
“Liaison with local residents is essential in cultivating a positive attitude in the surrounding community.”
But I doubt that’s going to do much to ease Jimmy’s headache if the plans go ahead, and the drills and generators start cranking up.
The pair have been at war over building work since Robbie and wife AYDA FIELD bought their £17.5million Grade II listed pad five years ago.
Rock god Jimmy previously complained about the scale of renovations at Robbie’s home.
He called the work architecturally “unfortunate” and said it could cause serious damage to his own historic home built in 1781. A furious Robbie responded by branding Jimmy “mentally ill”.
He also accused him of making secret recordings outside his house — before later apologising for his comments.
A previous bid by Robbie for a pool and summerhouse was withdrawn following objections from residents in the designated conservation area in London’s Holland Park.
The planning department at Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council are expected to make a decision on the latest application in March.
If Robbie’s planning any more, perhaps his next one should be for a Stairway To Heaven . . .
Tamzin's cream of the crop
EASTENDERS’ Tamzin Outhwaite has shot to the top of my list of best soap stars to party with – as long as I’m not wearing an expensive dress.
The actress, who presented an NTA Award to Corrie’s LUCY FALLON at Tuesday’s awards bash at London’s O2 Arena, got stuck into the booze at the after-party. And my sources revealed that soon after midnight, she was seen lobbing food at her pals – despite them all being dressed to the nines.
Tamzin, who looked stunning in a red gown, had earlier posted a series of selfies online with DAVID WALLIAMS, HOLLY WILLOUGHBY and ROCHELLE HUMES.
But posing was the last thing on her mind when she launched her dessert attack, chucking pudding pots topped with whipped cream at her mates.
One source told me: “Tamzin was the life and soul of the NTAs party, and was clearly having a great time.
“But things got a bit out of hand after midnight when one of her pals threw a mini dessert pot at her, and she decided she wasn’t going to take it lying down. She lobbed one back, and even smeared the cream over her friend’s face. By the end, quite a few had cream on their faces.”
Earlier in the evening, DEAN GAFFNEY had vowed the BBC soap cast were on a mission, announcing: “We are going to out-party Corrie.”
And it seems Tamzin took his words seriously.
Going wild with whipped cream is certainly one way to put the cherry on top of an evening.
Harry Styles and Bill Clinton meet
HARRY STYLES and BILL CLINTON demonstrated exactly what it looks like when two infamous swordsmen meet face to face.

RITA ORA’s career is looking rosy at the moment – and the pop star is dressing to match.
The Anywhere singer stepped out in this flowery suit and waistcoat in New York on Friday.
But it looks like Rita’s outfit might not just be a nod to her blossoming career, after she revealed her plans to wear a rose to the Grammy Awards in NYC tonight to symbolise peace.
She said: “I will be wearing a white rose because I think for so many years it’s been a peaceful symbol in so many parts of the world.
“For me solidarity is so important now sexual abuse and harassment is happening across all work environments. I think it will be a graceful way of showing everything that’s going on in Hollywood.
“I really do believe the more visibility it gets, the more it will help the cause.”
Good for her.
Chemistry cooling
MAX EVANS’ chemistry with Dancing On Ice pro Ale Izquierdo may have cooled after he dropped and injured her in rehearsals.
Ale was taken to hospital yesterday after ex-rugby star Max bungled a lift.
A source said: “It was quite a bad fall.”
Ale is now back at home recovering.

KENDALL JENNER has certainly earned her fashion stripes by becoming one of the most in-demand models in the world.
But I’m not sure she is likely to set a trend by modelling this, er, interesting combo of socks, sandals and leotard in the blistering Mexican sunshine.
Kendall waved her very expensive scarf in the air for fashion brand Missoni as the face of its spring-summer 2018 campaign.
Unless Jesus sandals with socks suddenly becomes an unlikely style trend overnight, I may opt out of trying to recreate the look on my next holiday.
Selfie-obsessed
IS anybody else worried about KIM KARDASHIAN?
The previously unchallenged queen of the selfie (and belfie) was beaten into second place this week – by her own sister.
In a tally of their last 300 photos posted on social media, 82 of KYLIE JENNER’s were selfies while Kim only managed to take a mere 74 shots of her face.
I know Kim has got newborn Chicago to look after, but given she was posting braless photos the day after her daughter was born, I’m not sure that’s much of an excuse.
Close behind Kim in the selfie top ten was her other sister KENDALL JENNER with 73 followed by the famously vain JUSTIN BIEBER, who snapped himself 63 times.
So no surprises there, then.

The actress, who plays Lauren Branning, is expecting her second child with husband DAN OSBORNE.
A source said: “Lots of brands want to work with her.” No doubt leaving drinks at the Queen Vic will be on Jacqueline.
Meanwhile, JODIE WHITTAKER has spoken in favour of equal pay for women.
The actress – the first female to be cast in Doctor Who’s lead role – said at the National Television Awards this week: “I don’t imagine you will meet a woman this evening who is unenthusiastic about the prospect of equal pay.
“It’s an incredibly important time and the notion should be supported.”
