Dancing On Ice stars sign ‘death’ clause to ‘stop huge payouts if they die during dangerous stunts’

CELEBRITIES performing in this year's Dancing On Ice tour have had to "sign their lives away".
The stars have reportedly been asked to sign a waiver meaning they can't make a claim if a stunt goes badly wrong.
Talking to the, an insider said: "Some stunts are so dangerous that performers are asked to sign waivers.
"It means they have an insurance policy in case it goes wrong and the worst happens.
"If they were to die because a stunt went wrong there would be a huge payout.
"Some celebs were a bit shocked to see the line about what would happen if they died, even though they know it's really very unlikely to ever happen."
Dancing On Ice stars Donna Air, Jake Quickenden, Kem Cetinay and Max Evans have signed up for the tour, as well as returning champ Ray Quinn.
The former X Factor contestant and soap star has already won two series' of the ITV show.
Ray previously spoke out about a horrific injury he sustained during rehearsals for the show, saying a skate cut his head and revealing "you could see my skull. They had to glue my head together."
Judges Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean are also planning to perform on the tour.
Dancing On Ice has seen its fair share of injuries in the past.
Keith Chegwin broke his shoulder and cracked his ribs, whilst Jennifer Ellison cut her head open with her own skate.
Former Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter sliced her partners face open when a dangerous stunt went wrong, and rapper Vanilla Ice was taken to hospital with concussion and needing stitches to his face after a nasty fall.
This year, the show has been hit by more drama as show bosses have been forced to take desperate measures after a nasty bout of winter illness threw the show into chaos.
