Susannah Constantine reveals she’s ‘as skinny as Trinny’ after dropping four dress sizes in 10 weeks
The 55-year-old has lost over a stone and a half in three months

SUSANNAH Constantine is happier than ever - after dropping a whopping four dress sizes in 10 weeks and becoming "as skinny as Trinny".
The TV star, 55, has lost an impressive stone and a half in just three months and now weighs less than her friend and What Not To Wear co-host Trinny Woodall, 54.
Susannah was spurred on to lose weight after seeing a series of unflattering pictures, followed by her daughter Cece saying some unflattering things about her appearance.
Writing in the the star said: "Today I can announce that, for the first time ever, I weigh less than my dear friend and former TV ‘sister’ Trinny.
"In just three months I’ve lost a stone and a half of flab – a caterpillar-style transformation from a lardy, puffed-up size 16 to a curvy size 10/12.
"Trinny is a skinny size 8, it’s true, but her extra inches of height mean I’m definitely the lighter of the two."
Susannah achieved her weight loss by signing up to the Famously Unfit Sport Relief challenge for TV.
During filming, she has trained with the Saracens Women rugby team and rowed along the Thames River with champion rower James Cracknell.
She has also taken on a muddy endurance race which she says will be "televised in humiliating detail in the name of Sport Relief."
Recalling the moment she needed to make a change after seeing her picture in a magazine, she wrote: "It was not at all flattering.
"Floaty frock or no floaty frock, I resembled a tug boat, a point pretty much confirmed by Trinny when we spoke. To be blunt, I was a fat hippo."
And remembering her 14-year-old daughter's comments, she added: "I stepped into the bath one morning only to hear her remark through the door that I’d better let some water out first."
After signing up to the Sport Relief show, Susannah was informed her body fat percentage was 32.7, which placed her in the obese range, but after cutting out sugar, booze and processed foods, the weight started to come off.

Her new diet was aided by her new training regime, which involved exercising five to six days a week and doing 10,000 steps a day.
And while Cece had been quick to mock her mother before, she was also one of the first to praise her new look.
Susannah said: "'Mum you look great from behind,’ she said one morning. ‘The back flubber that used to hang over your pants has gone.’"
The star couldn't be more delighted with her achievements, adding: "So far, I’ve kept away from the chocolate stash, although I do allow myself a small packet of Twiglets a day and have a spoonful of honey in my tea.
"And who can argue with the facts? Suddenly, it’s a joy to step on the scales: I weighed 11st 12lb when I started all this, now I’m a healthy 10st 6lb."
