OFF ON THE RIGHT FOOTE

Love Island’s Chris Hughes is secretly dating former Strictly Come Dancing star Georgia May Foote

CHRIS Hughes could have a career in acting if his days as a jobbing reality star do not take off.

As just weeks after crying his eyes out over ex Olivia Attwood, I can reveal he’s now dating former Coronation Street star Georgia May Foote.

I’m told the pair began their relationship having followed each other on various social networks and sliding things into DMs.

It’s not only a fresh romance for Chris, who has been single for less than a month, but for Georgia too who was dumped by model George Alsford after 18 months.

A TV source said: “Things started off as a few flirty likes here and there between the two of them before they started chatting privately.

“They’re now making things more official after spending a bit of time in each other’s company.

“It’s early days, given they’re both fresh out of relationships, but they seem very keen on each other.”

Georgia cannot be worse for him than his ex Olivia who had to be carried out of a nightclub by security guards after jumping behind a bar and drinking Strongbow straight from the tap.

Olivia, who split from Chris after seven months in March, stunned onlookers at The Source Bar in Maidstone by lying on the counter and downing cider.

Looking dazed and confused, a female pal can be heard shrieking: “Go on Olivia!”

Olivia was immediately carried out of the bar shortly after arriving with three blokes at 2am.

One bouncer even had an arm around Olivia’s neck to keep her under control as he bundled her out of the venue.

Keep that sort of behaviour up and it’s likely to be the closest she gets to a man for some time.

BIZBIT — BBC1’s adaptation of The War Of The Worlds starring Eleanor Tomlinson and Rafe Spall began filming in Liverpool yesterday. The HG Wells tale, set in Edwardian England, is expected to hit our screens next year.

AJ'S NEW SALSA DIP

AJ Pritchard’s salsa is hot stuff on the dancefloor and now the Strictly pro is hoping to cut the mustard on Celebrity MasterChef.

In the new series of the hit BBC1 show, he will compete against Made In Chelsea’s Spencer Matthews, Holby City’s Chizzy Akudolu, Union J’s Josh Cuthbert and Frankie Bridge.

And once she’s done cooking, the Saturdays singer has other plans.

Frankie, married to former England star Wayne Bridge, wants to forge a career on TV as an actress.

She said: “I’ve just started doing some acting courses which are really fun.

“I’d like to do some more documentaries and maybe some soaps too – there’s plans in the works.

“I like that I’m in the position at the minute where I can try new things.”

She could get a job in Roy’s cafe on Corrie if MasterChef goes well.

Al's balloon-acy

AS far as game show formats go, this isn’t a bad way to kick things off.

In Alan Carr’s new Channel 4 show I Don’t Like Mondays, he picks someone from the audience to take part, with the chance to win a year’s salary and quit their job.

With the help of guest Amanda Holden Alan plays Human Tombola – which involves Amanda pouring a load of balls into a huge balloon, each one containing a number corresponding to a member of the audience.

Alan then “wears” the balloon – and to mix up the balls, Amanda rubs herself up against Alan and says: “I had a pregnancy ball a bit like this.”

The show’s bosses have instructed every audience member to turn up with a resignation letter in hand, and one lucky winning punter can deliver their letter and resign, there and then.

Just in time for summer...
