FIRST Dates’ Fred Sirieix has given his fans a glimpse inside his life off screen confirming he has found love again.
Following his split with his partner of 12 years – and the mother of his two children – Fred has started a relationship with a new woman and seems happier than ever.
While most of his fans know Fred best for dishing out advice to singletons in a smart bit of Saville Row tailoring, outside of work he’s completely different.
It turns out Fred prefers a more casual look and even has a favourite t-shirt emblazoned with the face of late rapper Biggie Smalls.
And if you wondered how he keeps so trim after spending hours every day working in Paternoster Chop House from the hit Channel 4 series – it turns out he’s a fitness freak as well.
Fred, 46, only went public with his new love on January 13 – confirming rumours he’d split with Alex and moved out of their South London home.
He appears keen to keep her identity under wraps and affectionately refers to her as “Fruitcake” on his social media accounts.
The sophisticated Frenchman clearly practises what he preaches, as his snaps show him wining and dining her at top London restaurants, including Michel Roux Jr.'s Le Gavroche.
Fred also recently whisked his love away on a romantic break to Jamaica.
The pair shared snaps of their relaxing, luxury break online – with maître d' Fred revealing he was enjoying being waited on hand and foot.
Fred’s two children, 13-year-old Andrea and eight-year-old Lucien, play a huge part in his life.
Sweet pictures shared online by Fred show him enjoying exciting days out with his son.
While his daughter is a keen diver, and proud dad Fred regularly shows off incredible videos of her prowess on the boards.
As well as keeping fit running around after his kids – Fred is a huge fan of boxing.
He works out at least every week and is often seen with his sparring partners at his local gym.
The restaurant connoisseur also enjoys football and is regularly spotted in the stands at Watford FC.

Fred, who is based in London, makes regular trips back to France and is often snapped enjoying downtime with his family.
As well as working in the First Dates restaurant, Fred is also the manager at Galvin at Windows - a Michelin-starred French haute cuisine restaurant.
He said of his big break into television, Fred admitted he loved being in the limelight but admitted it was being with his family that made him most happy.
