Mollie King says she ‘loves being in love’ after striking up a romance with Stuart Broad
MOLLIE King has declared she "loves being in love" after striking up a romance with cricket ace Stuart Broad.
The Saturdays singer, 30, and the England bowler, 31, are said to be smitten since they started going out in March.
The Sun revealed Mollie had been secretly dating the sports star and now she's opened up about being in love.
She said she's a true romantic and is happiest when she's in a relationship.
Mollie told the: "I love being in love. I literally love being in love. I’m so romantic.
"I’m such a girly girl. I don’t want to be in one of those couples where you feel like, ‘Are we really into each other?’
“Women are now so independent and I see a husband or boyfriend as a bonus.
"We’ve all worked really hard to be successful for ourselves rather than for who we are dating.”
However, Mollie may have made a slight dig at Stuart as she confessed she prefers American men as they are more open about their feelings.
The singer, who previously dated US model David Gandy, added: "I was in a long-term relationship with an American guy and they’re a lot more forward with their feelings.

“I think British guys, from what I know, are a bit more Mr Darcy.
“Americans are more upfront, which I quite like, to be honest, because I don’t really like the chase.”
The budding DJ, who is joining BBC Radio 1's weekend line-up in June, has also previously dated her Strictly co-star AJ Pritchard.
