SHERRIE Hewson was filmed getting facial fillers on today's Lorraine as she explores ways to beat the ageing process.

The actress, 67, has made no secret of her desire to remain young and has been honest about having cosmetic help along the way.

She's now visited Los Angeles to discover the beauty secrets of the stars and wasted no time in trying out some of the treatments herself.

After one round of fillers, Sherrie admitted her only regret was not having more and went straight for another session.

The Benidorm star, who recently appeared in the TV series 100 Years Younger in 21 Days, previously said of her ageing hang-ups: "I don't cope very well with getting older.

"I had a mother who, at 89, was still wearing bikinis. She was a model.

"I guess that's where I get it from, actually... my problems.

"She was a model and she was very beautiful. I've got a very beautiful brother, and a very beautiful daughter.
"I think I have hangups and I've had them all my life!"

Sherrie recently revealed she hasn't been on a date in four years and doubts she'll ever find love again after seven years on her own.

The actress, who split from her husband Ken Boyd in 2001, has only been on a couple of dates since and says the last one ended disastrously four years ago, when the man tried to control how much she drank.

She said: "I would always question why a man would ask me out.

"A younger man wouldn’t be interested and men my own age don’t interest me, because my outlook is young.

"I’m still silly and I want to go and do stupid things.

"I went out with somebody for dinner four years ago.

"He was a nice looking man and he had money, but he put the cork back in the bottle of wine after I’d had one glass.

"So I drank the whole bottle."

“I’ve been on my own since 2001. I’ve had a couple of dates, but I hate it.
