The pair started dating in 2014.
She is believed to be the sister of the actor's local bookie.
Louise is thought to be 42 years old.
When did Louise Gibbons get engaged to Michael Le Vell?
The Sun revealed that Michael, who is best known for playing Kevin Webster on the ITV soap, .
A source said at the time: “Michael has been to hell and back and even now feels the effects of the case.
“But throughout his battle with addiction he’s had Louise by his side.”
It’s thought the couple are planning a low-key ceremony.
