The Britain's Got Talent judge had a giggle as she showed off her impressive boxing skills, and threw in a few comedy dance moves too as she worked out at boot camp in Portugal.

Amanda, 47, looked stunning as she revealed her trim figure during her rigorous exercise.
The mother-of-two meant business as she wore her red boxing gloves and bright pink shoes.
She kept her fans entertained when she broke out into an impromptu dance and threw in a few punches for good measure.
The TV star is in Portugal for the Prestige boot camp with Corrie star Charlie Condou.

She looked ready to rumble as she worked up her sweat in the video.
