LOVE Island fans were cheering when Wes Nelson managed to tame Muggy Megan and made her his girlfriend.
During tonight’s episode, Wes admitted he was desperate to make his relationship with the 24-year-old official.
In recent days, Megan admitted she was getting feelings for Wes after stealing him from Laura Anderson.
She didn’t get off to the best start in the series after hopping from man to man.
Megan was eventually crowned muggier than Mike Thalassitis after she struggled to make up her mind about who to date.
But after growing close to Wes, the pair have since become inseparable.
They’ve become famous for their love of spending time together in the bedroom but it seems their relationship is deeper than that.
As the pair took some time away together, they opened up about their feelings.”
Megan told him: “I'm so nervous. I'm shaking. It's played on my mind all day.
“You risked so much for me and you came back from Casa Amor alone. And then you saved me. I really do like you.
“I just really like you and I want to prove it to you how much I like you.
“So, I was wondering if you wanted to be my boyfriend?
Grinning, Wes answered: “Of course I do! I was just about to pull you for that chat. Of course I do. I'm the happiest man alive I swear.
“I haven't felt this way in a long time.”
Their fellow islanders and viewers rejoiced at the sweet moment, as Megan told Wes: You've melted my cold heart.
One tweeted: A can’t take anymore cuteness in love island emotional wreck at Megan and Wes and every time a couple gets cute.”
Another said: “Actually really happy for Megan and Wes, bless em.”
While a third said: “I’m actually liking Megan and Wes as a couple that was cute!”
After they made their romance official, their fellow islanders joked about the fireworks that would be going off in the bedroom tonight.
Dani joked: “Can you wait until we go to sleep?”
The pair seemed smitten as they hugged and kissed at the end of the episode.
Love Island continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2.
