Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda pokes fun during X Factor auditions at hubby’s use of drugs

ROBBIE Williams has been mocked for his drugs past — by his wife.
Ayda made the crack as she and the Angels singer sat on the X Factor judging panel.
Robbie, who admits taking ecstasy, speed and acid, told a Flower Power-style act with circus-like dancers and fire-eaters they were “too weird”.
Ayda, 39, hit back: “I’m surprised you’re not feeling it because you usually like anything that involves you getting high.”
Robbie, 44 — who went into rehab in 2007 for treatment for prescription drugs addiction — and his missus were on their second day judging hopefuls.
They have been credited with lifting auditions at Wembley Arena where they are judging with show boss Simon Cowell, 58, and fellow newbie Louis Tomlinson, 26.
During recording Ayda also teased Robbie about cross-dressing. He asked to borrow a get-up from a drag act, to which she joked: “Don’t make out like that’s the first time you’ve borrowed a dress.”
Robbie, meanwhile, poked fun at ex-Take That co-star and pal Gary Barlow’s dancing.
He asked one hopeful: “Did you go to the Gary Barlow school of dance? The awkwardness . . . was endearing.”
On Wednesday, he claimed Ayda owned a sex toy. She ribbed him for failing to crack America.
It's boot for camp
BOSSES have axed the boot camp after bringing it back last year.
A source said: “The hope is it keeps the show moving more quickly, and allows us to show more singers.”
The section played a major part in the ITV hit from series one to nine before being dropped for two years and replaced by the “six chair challenge”.
The live auditions, six chair challenge, judges’ houses and the live finals are all expected to remain.
