England cricketer Graeme Swann confirmed for Strictly Come Dancing and plans to impress judges with his ‘floss’ dance

ENGLAND cricketer Graeme Swann has confirmed he’s joined Strictly Come Dancing and said he plans to win over the judges with his impressive floss.
The Sun exclusively revealed the dad-of-two had signed up to the BBC dancing show earlier this month.
Graeme appeared on BBC Radio 2 this evening and said he couldn’t wait to get started.
The 39-year-old spin bowler explained: “It’s true - I’ve signed up for Strictly! I’m hoping to follow in the footsteps of the cricketers who’ve come before me who’ve either won the whole thing or had an absolute ball on the show.
“Keeping it under wraps from my kids has been nearly impossible; they are huge fans of the show and I can’t wait to see their faces when I tell them.
“I don’t have any background in dancing but can do the floss so let’s hope this comes in useful!”
Graeme will be hoping the success of previous cricketers on the show will propel him to victory.
Batsman Mark Ramprakash, 48, won in 2006 and fast bowler Darren Gough, 47, the year before.
Spinner Phil Tufnell, 52, took part in 2009, and ex-England captain Michael Vaughan, 43, did the same in 2012.
