CELEBRITY Big Brother's Ben Jardine begs fans to leave Roxanne Pallett alone following her punch row with Ryan Thomas.

The former Emmerdale actress felt the wrath of viewers after accusing Ryan of punching her during a playfight while in the Big Brother house together.

The drama culminated in her quitting the show and admitting she had "got it wrong" when she saw the footage back, before telling Emma Willis she was the "most hated girl in Britain" during an interview.

Speaking to Lizzie Cundy on , Ben said: "I think everyone now should just get on with it. She's been punished, bless her, leave her be."

The Married At First Sight star grew close to Roxanne before her departure, and spoke about their connection.

He admitted: "I was taken in with her. We clicked, I'll admit that, and there was a connection.

"When I looked into the little one's eyes you can see a little bit of a lost soul there."

But he took a swipe at Roxanne later on while discussing runner-up Kirstie Alley, joking: "She was always directing me in the house. I just wish she'd direct me away from Roxie every now and again..."

Ben, 36, also told Lizzie about a secret snog he shared with Oasis star Noel Gallagher's ex Meg Mathews.

A shocked Lizzie said: "She is very fit," and Ben replied: "I know that!
