Ben, 35, was seen cosying up to the former WAG, 48, at the glitzy event in London tonight.
They arrived at the venue hand-in-hand and looked close as they headed into the ceremony together.
The display of affection comes days after they were reportedly spotted kissing at another celebrity party.
However, Lizzie later denied rumours of a romance, telling : "No! We are just old friends!"
Also at the bash was Ben's former CBB co-star Jermaine Pennant, who took along his wife Alice Goodwin.
They narrowly avoided an awkward red carpet run-in with Chloe Ayling weeks after his flirting with the model nearly wrecked his marriage.
However, Chloe has sensationally revealed she plans to spill the beans on what really happened with Jermaine to his wife.
The kidnapped model says she wants to give her side of the story to the footballer’s wife Alice if they come face to face at the awards show.

Chloe told The Sun Online she is yet to confront Jermaine, but would offer an explanation to his wife if they met in person.
She said: “I haven’t seen him since the CBB After Party.
“I didn’t contact his wife after I got out but I would speak to her if I saw her. It’s always better to sort this out in person.
“If I saw her tonight I would speak to her about it.”
