COLEEN Nolan has broken her Twitter silence after making the decision to leave Loose Women last month.

Taking to Twitter for the first since announcing she was stepping back from her commitments, Coleen shared a picture of a sunset on the beach, with the words: "Change your thoughts. Transform your life."

Coleen clashed live on Loose Women at the end of last month when the How Clean is Your House? presenter appeared on the show for what fans thought was going to see them make-up after they fell out following their 2017 Celebrity Big Brother appearance.

But Kim, 76, ended up calling Coleen "lying trash" and a "piece of filth" before storming off the set after a heated row – leaving those watching at home very uncomfortable.

Kim admitted afterwards she was particularly upset about Coleen and her sister Linda Nolan's antics on the show, including the singer "mocking" her while she was talking about her "very sad" and "brutal" childhood.

Coleen later described it as the “worst week of her life”,  saying: "If I could go back in time I would change the whole thing, it was never meant to be like that.

"I honestly, genuinely thought that [Kim] was coming on to make amends, that's what I was told was going to happen – have a laugh about it and make amends.

"I have to say it was so shocking, genuinely shocking for all of us. I don't like to see anybody in that much distress, how she was in the end. It's been the worst week of my life actually."

This week The Sun revealed that Ofcom will be investigating after 8,000 people complained about the show.
