Ferne McCann releases first ever fitness DVD after dropping two dress sizes and transforming her ‘mum-tum’

FERNE McCann has launched her first ever fitness DVD, Fit As Ferne.
The 28-year-old exclusively shared the details of her first venture with The Sun Online after she went from a size 12 to a size eight – just a year after giving birth.
The former Towie star, who welcomed baby Sunday in November 2017, has created seven high-intensity workouts, along with .
Ferne explained: “I have never owned scales, it's about how I feel not how I look.
“I’ve been doing this for over a year now and am a big believer in putting in the hard work to get the results you want.
“Ellie and I have been working together since I had my daughter Sunday last year and it’s this workout that has got me into the best shape that I’ve ever been in.”
Ferne has kept her fans up to date with her fitness journey and regularly shares her secrets of transforming “mum-tums” into washboard abs.
But with the DVD, she's giving her followers access to the exact workout routines she follows.
She explained: “Each section is designed to get your heart pumping and your body sweating.
“We’ll work out your whole body focusing on toning, building your core strength and burning fat.
“There’s even a HIIT section which will get you fitter faster and help you burn calories even after you’ve finished your workout.”
Ferne also overhauled her eating habits and cut down on her alcohol intake.
She told The Sun Online: “I eat organic food and cook myself so I know what’s in my meals.
“My alcohol intake is drastically smaller. I still have a takeaway and a glass of prosecco — you have to live a little — but I just have these treats in moderation.

“This hasn’t come easily. I’ve worked and trained really hard and I don’t have any shame saying that.
“I didn’t put too much pressure on myself. I think that was the secret. I always want to run before I can walk and I want everything right now.
“But pregnancy taught me to be more patient, just to relax and go with it. And once you change your mind set, it’s definitely more achievable.”
