Coleen Nolan spent Christmas with ex-husband Ray days after divorce and says she wants him to find love again
In a candid new interview, Coleen, 53, admitted she hoped the musician would be able to find love again and said their daughter Ciara is much happier now her parents have gone their separate ways

COLEEN Nolan spent Christmas with her ex-husband Ray Fensome, days after their divorce was finalised.
The Loose Women star said she now hopes the musician – who she was married to for 10 years – will be able to find love again in the New Year.
Coleen, 53, announced she had split from Ray in an emotional statement in February.
The pair finally divorced last week and Coleen used Christmas to help heal any grievances between the former lovers.
She told : “Obviously it is sad, but there is also a massive sense of relief.
“People might think it is strange spending Christmas with my ex, but I have to focus on the good times we shared.
“Ray stayed over – in the spare room of course. We all opened our presents together before me and Ray cooked the dinner.”
Coleen also revealed the couple’s daughter Ciara, 17, is much happier now her parents had finally split.
The teenager had previously told her mum she should call time on her marriage because it was making her “unhappy”.
Coleen was praised for discussing her comments on Loose Women, where she was brutally honest about the state of her marriage.
The day went without a hitch and Coleen said she’d managed to heal her relationship with Ray and now counts him as a friend.
She added: “I am now at the stage when I hope Ray meets someone in the New Year.
“People might think it is strange, but that side of it isn’t there for me anymore.”
