Love Island’s Marcel Somerville FINALLY admits cheating on Gabby Allen and apologises to her – 9 months after she dumped him

LOVE Island's Marcel Somerville has FINALLY admitted to cheating on Gabby Allen and has apologised to her after a heart to heart.

The Blazing Squad star has revealed they are on good terms now - 9 months after she dumped him, and he is happy for Gabby and new boyfriend Rak-Su star Myles Stephenson.

Marcel has revealed he had a heart-to-heart with Gabby - and apologised for cheating on her face to face.

Speaking at his star-studded Brits after-party with DJ Ironik at Mortons in Mayfair, Marcel, 33,  said: "We buried the hatchet last year. That's all past now.

"We hugged it out afterwards. You know what, there's a lot of pressures that come with being in a public relationship. I think both of us knew it was hard. Things happen and you start arguing. I made a mistake. I made a mistake in the situation and I've admitted that. I'm not going to try and deny that."

He added: "We saw each other a couple of months after and we talked, we hugged it out. "

Gabby has since moved on with X Factor star Myles, while Marcel is single and excitedly concentrating on his new music.

He said: "Obviously, she is happy with Myles, and I'm happy that she's happy."

He added: "I'm still single. I wouldn't go on Love Island again, that was a one time thing! I've been busy with my music, so it won't be long guys."

Gabby began dating Myles last summer after her split from Marcel last April.

The love-birds moved in together and have already started talking marriage.

Gabby said: "I mean he’s the first person that I’ve really thought about having a long term relationship. We’re talking about future things too.

"It doesn’t feel weird talking about it, it’s not forced in any way. It’s not put on."
