The 23-year-old was joined by Emily Ratajkowski, Sophie Turner and Lady Gaga at Vanity Fair's A-list bash, on a night that saw Brit star Olivia Colman take home the Best Actress gong.
Kendall dared to bare all and showed off some serious hip cleavage in the racy gown, that lapped around her crotch.
And as she posed with dad Caitlyn Jenner on the red carpet, she revealed a glimpse of the nifty high-wasted knickers that shielded her modesty.
But the look left fans divided on Twitter, as one joked: "All that flesh someone bound to get a seizure lmao"

Meanwhile, the star-studded arrivals kicked off the afterparty hosted by editor Radhika Jones following the 91st Academy Awards.

It followed a dramatic night at the awards do, where Olivia Colman broke down in tears after winning Best Actress for The Favourite.
Rami Malek ‘fell off the stage’ and had to be treated by medics following his Best Actor win for Bohemian Rhapsody, while A Star Is Born actors Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper set tongues wagging as they ‘almost kissed’ during a steamy duet.
It was a bit of surprise twist for the British actress who beat her idol Glenn Close to the coveted prize.
Taking to the stage, she said: "It's genuinely quite stressful.
"This is hilarious. I've got an Oscar. I have to thank lots of people.
"If I forget you I'm going to find you later and give you a massive snog.
"Emma [Stone] and Rachel [Weisz] are the two loveliest girls in the world to fall in love with.
"Glenn Close you've been my idol for so long. This isn't how I wanted it to be.
"My kids are watching at home. I hope they are this isn't going to happen again.
"My husband Ed, my best friend, I love you so much."
The Best Picture prize went to Green Book, while Best Director was received by Alfonso Cuaron for his work on Roma.
Bohemian Rhapsody was the most successful film overall, scooping four gongs to Black Panther's three.
The Performance By An Actor In A Leading Role went to Rami Malek for his portrayal of Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody.
