OLLY Murs has admitted chatting up Love Island's Zara McDermott after meeting on a night out - but has denied they’re dating.
The pop star, 34, was linked to the brunette beauty after he started 'liking' her sexy Instagram pictures.
Sparks first flew between the pair when they bumped into each other in celeb hotspot Sheesh.
Addressing the rumours of a romance with the 22-year-old reality TV star for the first time in an exclusive interview with The Sun Online, Olly said: "I just find it funny.
"That’s the world I live in in the dating world. If you like anyone’s photos you’re automatically dating them, it’s just crazy."
But when pushed on whether he fancied newly single Zara, Olly revealed: "I spoke to Zara after seeing her the other week in Sheesh with my mates.
"We were chatting about music because she loves singing.
"I'd seen on her Instagram that she likes to sing and as a fellow singer you go 'wow, you're a real singer'.
"That’s not dating someone, that’s giving someone a compliment."
Zara split from boyfriend Adam Collard last month saying they "weren't getting on" while living together weeks after meeting on Love Island.
Speaking to The Sun Online's Big Interview yesterday, Olly ruled out ever going out with a famous person again - because it gives him anxiety.
The Troublemaker singer revealed hopes of marrying a woman who makes him "feel alive" instead.
And Olly - - he insisted he won't be pressured into rushing to find The One.
It's after his past fling with Melanie Sykes and being linked to X Factor co-host Caroline Flack (which both of them have denied).
"Listen, the day I put a ring on someone I want it to be for the right reasons and the right person", says Olly.
"Not only do I bring out the best in them, but that person brings out the best in me. I want someone who makes me feel alive when I'm around them.

"I know that’s not going to last forever, but I want to be in a relationship where I feel it’s the right one, and that takes time sometimes.
"Hats off to anyone who can date someone in the public eye.
"I’d feel uncomfortable because I’m a private person, I don’t know if I’d cope with it.
"Dating someone in the celeb world gives me anxiety."
