Helen is enjoying the time away from her kids at the luxury Le Royal Meridein in the city.

The mum-of-two gave birth to her second daughter Delilah in June and has been back in the gym to blast the baby weight.

Helen is enjoying a break with pal Jay Hall while her fiance Scott Sinclair was left looking after their kids.

The pair got engaged during a romantic break to Disneyland in May. The couple’s eldest daughter Matilda was born in 2015.
