LADY Gaga has taken over the Met Gala's in New York in an enormous pink parachute dress - before stripping to her lingerie on the red carpet.
The 33-year-old star, who had been working on the look for more than a month, was unbuttoned by an entourage of umbrella-wearing dancers.
The dress has four different stages, with the enormous pink outfit being unbuttoned to a black number, then a pink dress.
Finally, she was left in little more than lingerie, writhing on the pink steps outside the event.
One fan gasped: "OMG GAGA!! QUEEENNN!!💓👏🏻."
Singer and actress Gaga, 33, is co-chair of this year's super-fancy event, alongside tennis ace Serena Williams and former 1D star Harry Styles.
They have to arrive before all the other stars because one of their tasks is so line up and shake hands with the hundreds of guests as they file in.
The theme for the this year's gala, one of the biggest events in the fashion calendar, is 'Camp: Notes on Fashion'.
The gala sees models, musician and sportspeople dressing up in aid of charity, with tables - which you have to be invited to buy - costing up to £230,000.
The fashion ball, which is organised by Vogue supremo Anna Wintour, raises funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute.
The 69-year-old fashionista was among the first to arrive, dressed in a flamingo-esque pink Chanel feathered gown.
