EASTENDERS star Dean Gaffney can't wait for Bianca's return and his ex Nita after they found the original actress on LinkedIn.

The Albert Square veteran could not conceal his excitement to have the original dream team back on set.

Dean was over the moon to have on screen sister Bianca Jackson, played by Patsy Palmer, back on Eastenders.

In an exclusive chat with the Sun Online at the British Soap Awards, the Robbie Jackson actor said:

"I'm so pleased because number one she's a Jackson, number 2, she's Bianca, and number 3, she's probably one of the biggest actresses to ever grace that show."

Surprisingly, the cast kept Bianca's return under their hats for a while.

Dean revealed: "We've known for about a month - which is quite unusual for Eastenders as they are quite coy about who they give their information to.
It's nice to have family members back."

He also said they found Bindya Solanki the actress who played his sweetheart Nita several years ago.

He was amazed they found the original actress on social networking site LinkedIn, as well as Patsy coming back for the Albert Square revival.

Patsy, 46, will revive her role as mouthy Bianca Jackson after a five-year break from the soap.

She is a key signing for new show boss Kate Oates.

Viewers will see Bianca, who made her debut 25 years ago, reunited with troubled daughter Tiffany, played by Maisie Smith.

Patsy joined EastEnders in 1993, left in 1999, and returned for a second stint in 2008 before quitting again in 2014.

Bianca’s wedding to Ricky Butcher, played by Sid Owen, in 1997 drew one of the biggest soap audiences ever — more than 22million.
