New mum Jemma Lucy reveals her flat tummy just days after giving birth and insists ‘bouncing back’ by dieting can be healthy

NEW mum Jemma Lucy has revealed her flat stomach just days after giving birth.
The reality TV star, 31, delivered a baby girl on the 25th of last month weighing 6lb 14 ounces.
And now she says she's bouncing back by dieting.
She wrote on Instagram: "To some people 'bouncing back' isn’t important and that’s cool but to those who want to maintain a good healthy body during pregnancy and ensure you bounce back as quick as possible (like me) stay tuned for my pregnancy package I’ll be releasing at the end of this month!
"I’ll be giving all my body, food, mind and exercise tips on how I’ve done it so you can too!
"No need for hate guys, if you don’t care then don’t comment some single mums and also not single mums want to look good still and there’s nothing wrong with that. Good positive vibes only!"
"I stayed in the gym throughout my whole pregnancy," said Jemma.
"Even when times got tough and I was really tired, I just pushed through it emotionally and physically. It has paid off because I worked for it.
"I need to look good for my job and because I can't go back to the gym for about six weeks after birth I'm glad I did all the hard work beforehand.
"At the moment my body's not at its best - it's not as toned as I would like it - but I am just glad I'm not carrying more weight, excess skin or stretch marks."
The 31-year-old was convinced her baby would be overdue, but instead the little girl made a surprise arrival a fortnight before her due date.
"It was the worst pain of my life," admits the first-time mum.
"I was screaming down the corridor shouting for epidural, but they wouldn't give me it. It was a pain I will never be able to explain to anyone, but so worth it now I have my little baby.
"The second she was on my chest, it was the most surreal feeling.
"I love her more and more each day, she's just amazing.
"I can't stop crying, but they're all happy tears."
Jemma went through a tough time emotionally during her pregnancy and had difficulties with the father of her child.

But determined to keep her mind and body healthy, the former Ex On The Beach star spent most days at the gym.
She admits sobbing during her last session in the gym four weeks before giving birth.
She said: "I just found it too painful so I ended up crying on one of the machines because it was just too difficult.
"I really pushed myself until I couldn't do it anymore."
