Is this the picture that proves David and Victoria Beckham are loved-up again following years of rift rumours?
THEY'VE been plagued by rumours of a split and are frequently pictured looking strained when out together.
But there was no hint of marital tension in a new photo of David and Victoria Beckham relaxing together in a swimming pool on a family holiday - indeed experts believe it proves they're more in love than ever.
Presumably believing they were in private, David is seen smiling as he swims up to his wife, with his arms outstretched towards her, while she looks uncharacteristically casual with her hair tied back and wearing a bikini.
Fans were quick to notice the loved-up snap, saying "David and Victoria in the background is so sweet."
It's a far cry from last year when they were forced to quash rumours on social media that David was linked to another woman.
A Beckham spokesman rubbished claims they were divorcing as a “crock of s***”, "laughable" and "embarrassing".
Yet the rumours continued and David, 44, only seemed to confirm that not all was well in October when he admitted his marriage to Victoria, 45, was "hard work" but they "make it work".
Sources say Victoria cried for two days after his revelation.
Yet as behavioural psychologist and body language expert Jo Hemmings explains, the couple have come a long way since then.
"They look a lot more relaxed here than we've seen them of late, where they've looked more strained in pap shots," says Jo.
"There's a closeness between them in the pool, with David appearing to put his arm out towards Victoria.
"Whatever goes on with them in their intimate life, they always take great pains to ensure they are seen as a family unit and are protective and supportive of their children."
It's the first image of the Beckham parents in a long while that have shown them having some genuine fun together.
And Jo explains: "Being with their family is so important to them. David looks to be having more fun here, while Victoria seems happier which could suggest they're more relaxed being away from cameras where they seem keen to put on a show."
In a separate Instagram story from the same holiday, they cuddle up for a tender selfie.
This couldn't be more different to the pictures of a miserable-looking David and Victoria at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding last year which only fanned the flames of marital unhappiness.
Then in December, David was seen schmoozing Rita Ora at the British Fashion Awards, while he barely spoke to an upset-looking Victoria and sat with his back turned to her.
The couple married in 1999 and have four children together; 20-year-old Brooklyn, 16-year-old Romeo, 14-year-old Cruz and seven-year-old Harper.
They are often seen together as a family unit, rather than enjoying date nights as a couple.

And fans are clearly pleased by the seeming change in behaviour towards each other.
"Your mum and dad look cute behind you," one of Romeo's followers commented.
Yes, they do - let's hope we see more of the lovebirds.
