Killing Eve’s Jodie Comer grins with her bloodied lookalike stunt double after Villanelle is hit by a car

KILLING Eve star Jodie Comer was seeing double as she cosied up to her lookalike stunt double after a brutal scene that saw her hit by a car while filming series two.
The actress, 26, shared the behind the scenes snap with daring Jessica Hooker,30, on her Instagram yesterday to mark the return of the hit drama to our screens.
She wrote: "UK @killingeve series 2 has finally arrived and you can binge the whole series on @bbciplayer RIGHT NOW! Here is a BTS photo of me and my legendary stunt double Jess. Thanks Jess for making me look cool and eating that car bonnet for me. ❤️."
Jessica was equally as proud of their work together, sharing the snap with the caption: "Had a blast doubling the absolute legend that is @jodiemcomer on Killing Eve again! Season 2 is now out on @bbciplayer #stunts #killingeve @killingeve #stuntwoman."
Daredevil Jessica has an impressive resume when it comes to starring in hit shows.
She played two roles in Game Of Thrones' season eight - a gruesome wight as well as a citizen of King's Landing whose guts are cut out in thew savage raid by Daenerys Targaryen's army.
And it was a job she loved, telling her followers: "Don’t normally post these things... but super proud to be a part of this epic show!! She also worked alongside Alicia Vikander in Lara Croft in Tomb Raider, and lent her talents to Solo: A Star Wars story and Doctor Strange alongside Benedict Cumberbatch.
Comer is one of the most in-demand actresses in the UK after scooping the Best Supporting Actress gong at this year's TV Baftas.
Saturday’s Killing Eve series two opener did a hardy job of satisfying fans' curiosities in the first 30 seconds and then throwing up countless new ones.
Eve gets a call from Carolyn asking her to go back to London – she’s still employed. The Russian gang show up in Paris to shoot the neighbour and wipe any evidence, so that’s another score settled.
But we’re still left guessing as to whether Eve and Villanelle’s game of cat and mouse will turn into a romantic liaison.

If the promo shots are anything to go by, it’s certainly heading that way.
Clinging on to her life after the shock stabbing, Villanelle desperately tries to get medical help and make her way back to London to find Eve – sporting an eccentric onesie along the way.
And Eve does her best to get to the bottom of Carolyn’s murky links with Moscow, confronting her over a corpse at MI6.
