Christie Brinkley forced out of Dancing With The Stars after falling and shattering her arm

CHRISTIE Brinkley has shattered her arm during Dancing With The Stars rehearsals and has been forced to pull out of the show.
The legendary model, 63, suffered the devastating injury as she practised for the US dance show on Monday.
Footage shared by Good Morning America revealed the Sports Illustrated model tripped over her mystery partner's foot and used her left hand to cushion her fall.
Christie had to undergo surgery to her wrist and arm and is now recovering, but is unable to rejoin the ABC competition.
The iconic model will be replaced by her daughter, 21-year-old Sailor Brinkley-Cook, who is also a Sports Illustrated cover star.
Brinkley said in a statement, joking about her injury: "Sailor joined the cast when I got mine. Ouch somebody stop me, it hurts to laugh!"
Brinkley-Cook has already hit the ground running with only hours to learn her mother's entire dance routine.
"She loved doing this, she loves dancing and she loves performing and getting hurt was her worst nightmare."
Christie is seen on an ABC video moving backwards and tripping over her mystery dance partner's foot and takes a tumble.
She puts out an arm to steady herself and break the fall, but it just breaks her arm.
In a statement, ABC said: "Brinkley suffered injuries which required surgery to her wrist and arm keeping her from participating in the competition."
Last year, stunning Christie gave away one of her secrets to looking sexy as hell at 63 – she had Botox injections in her neck.
The supermodel says the unusual procedure has helped her turn back time and lessen lines below her chin.
Speaking to magazine, she confessed: “As you approach 60, women start to notice the neck especially in taller women I think, you can start to see these bands, vertical bands, and those can be tamed and tightened by injections of Botox into those bands.”
She added the procedure didn’t hurt, despite sounding “terrible” and said one of the bonuses to the treatment was that it stayed put at the injection site.
However despite admitting to having Botox in her neck, she says she avoids it in the more popular areas where it is used, including her forehead and around her eyes.
Christie revealed she had a bad experience, and it put her off: “I thought well let me give it a shot, literally, and I did and my left eyebrow dropped. It flat lined. It was like my arch was gone, and I hated it.”
