CALVIN HARRIS has suffered another high-profile break-up.
But this time he won’t be looking for another girlfriend, just some new underwear.
I can reveal the superstar DJ has cut ties with fashion powerhouse Armani after appearing in their billboards last year in nothing but his pants.
The move comes just weeks after his split with US singer TAYLOR SWIFT, who I revealed on Thursday last week is now dating Calvin’s fellow Brit TOM HIDDLESTON.
A source said: “Calvin shocked the world by appearing in the raunchy ads and it certainly helped raise his profile.
“However, it was clearly a one-off as Armani is looking for fresh talent.
“It’s a mutual decision as Calvin is looking to expand his brand by incorporating his own fashion line.
“The original campaign benefited both parties.”
Calvin became an international sex symbol overnight courtesy of the snaps.
He followed in the footsteps of hunks including DAVID BECKHAM, RAFAEL NADAL and CRISTIANO RONALDO by posing in the painfully tight-looking briefs.
GIORGIO ARMANI said at the time: “Calvin Harris is a truly cosmopolitan, dynamic young man who is capable of attracting the masses.”
But their love-in appears short-lived.
A spokeswoman for Armani said yesterday: “We currently have no campaigns planned with Calvin.”
Calvin’s own brand status, which has not been affected by his split from Taylor, is still at an all-time high given his major Las Vegas residencies and his status as the world’s No1 club DJ.
One thing for certain, should Calvin release his own pants it’s unlikely he’ll base designs on love rival Tom’s “three-in-a-pack” style grandad briefs he wore for a shoot with W Magazine.

IT’S fortunate DONALD TRUMP was not present during the opening day of this year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

SAM BAILEY is relaunching her pop career after being the star turn at the Wag wedding of the year.
The former X Factor winner, below, landed the surprise gig at England striker JAMIE VARDY’s nuptials with wife REBEKAH last month, despite not releasing any music for two years.
Buoyed by her performance, she is doing a 25-date tour and has recorded a new single called Sing My Heart Out, which she co-wrote with A1’s BEN ADAMS.
A source said: “Many counted Sam out after The X Factor but she’s nothing if not determined.
“Getting an endorsement from the footballer of the moment just ahead of the Euros has given her a fighting chance of a comeback.
“Sam has suffered from the X Factor stigma, but her people have been touting the song to radio stations without telling them who the singer is.
“They hope people fall back in love with her voice.”
Her comeback gigs include dates in Wrexham and Yeovil.

BRIAN McFADDEN’s ex VOGUE WILLIAMS confessed to sleeping with the former WESTLIFE star after their first date during her stint on the show yesterday.
She said: “Me and Brian did hanky-panky on the first night then ended up getting married.
“There are too many rules.”
