Steps star Ian ‘H’ Watkins splits from new boyfriend Tom Hope over ‘commitment issues’

STEPS star Ian ‘H’ Watkins has split from his new boyfriend Tom Hope.
Pals told The Sun the pair called time on their relationship after H said he was struggling to juggle the relationship with his work and family life.
The pair had kept their relationship low key and their romance only came to light in November after the smitten couple opened up to friends about their feelings for one another.
A pal explained: “H and Tom had been getting along brilliantly but as time passed, H said he didn’t feel he could commit.
“They’re remaining friends and there is no bad blood between them.
“H and Tom made a lovely couple and their friends are supporting them as they move on.
“H has his hands full with his twins and his work. They wish each other well.”
The Sun previously revealed how the pair had started dating last year after being introduced through friends.
Tom, who works as a music tour manager was the first relationship the popstar had since his split from his partner of ten years, Craig Ryder.
The pair, who have twin sons together, ended their relationship in 2017.
Following his split with Craig, H threw himself into work, including reuniting with Steps bandmates Faye Tozer, Lee Latchford- Evans, Lisa Scott Lee and Claire Richards.
During their original run together from 1997 to 2001 they racked up an impressive 15 Top 40 hits, including two No1s with Tragedy and Stomp.
The group released their sixth album, What The Future Holds last November and will hit the road for a nationwide tour once it is safe to do so.
Ash puts hands up to YMCA past
SHE has been in The Pussycat Dolls, a Dancing On Ice judge a Strictly contestant and is now a Heart radio DJ.
But Ashley Roberts, pictured yesterday, revealed what jobs she did before she was famous.
The US singer told the Heart Showbiz Hub podcast: “I was a hostess at a golf course. I had to wear a golf outfit. Horrendous.
"I made smoothies at a shop and was an MC at bar mitzvahs. We’d play YMCA and get people dancing.”
It’s a year since the Dolls’ gig in London, and she tweeted: “Wish we could go back!”
Us too.
Kendall is kinda nice
MOST millionaires are notoriously tight, but not Kendall Jenner, who has made a name for herself as one of the nicest supermodels in the business.
Robert Wilson, owner of fashion agency FOMO Models, has revealed the reality star turned model gifted him a bracelet by upmarket jeweller Cartier after they worked together on a campaign.
He said: “Kendall is lovely, she is so super-polite and has no ego.
“You’d think she would have an entourage but we shot a watch campaign with her and she was with just one person. She was so sweet and made everyone’s job so easy.
“Not long after the photoshoot a Cartier bracelet was delivered to my house from her. It was so generous and such a nice touch.
“There is a reason Kendall is one of the nicest women in the business – she’s professional, no-nonsense and, more importantly, kind to everyone.”
Tom trims tum
TOMMY Fury showed off the impressive results of a six-week body transformation which I’m sure will have pleased his girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.
But former Love Island pal Curtis Pritchard isn’t having as much luck with the ladies, after admitting he sent himself a Valentine’s gift and fooled fans into thinking it was from a secret admirer.
Laughing about how Curtis posted a photo on Instagram of red balloons with the caption: “To my Valentine, you are incredible, amazing and so special,” his brother AJ said: “Curtis had ordered the balloons for himself.
"You definitely made it out as though someone got you them.”
Curtis confessed on the AJ vs Curtis podcast: “A company got in touch and said, ‘Would you like some Valentine’s Day balloons?’ So I was like, ‘Hell yeah’.”
Sex toys shaky ground, Gwyn?
I’M sure Gwyneth Paltrow smells cleaner than Flash bathroom spray and that her home is immaculately curated.
I bet her conversation is perfectly polite, her giggle gentle and cheery and her bowel movements probably non-existent – not least because she likely enjoys a diet of scrambled oxygen served with a sprinkling of organic herbs and mineral water sourced from unicorn tears.
After taking a back seat from acting, Gwyneth has now devoted a decade to cultivating the squeakiest, cleanest lifestyle in Tinseltown – so news that she’s unveiled her own range of sex toys has me slightly sceptical.
The A-lister has already sold out of two of the gadgets on her infamous Goop website – including a £110 model that promises “eight pulsating patterns that vary in intensity”.
But there’s just something about her that says leaving the window open and hoping for a sturdy draft to catch you in the right spot is more likely to guarantee thrills.
Gwynnie is no stranger to causing a scene with Goop – with ideas and products ranging from eyebrow-raising to borderline terrifying.

LUCY Spraggan has made the most of a tough 18 months by pouring it into her new album Choices, out on Friday.
The former X Factor singer’s record was born out of heartbreak after she went through a divorce, got sober and lost three and a half stone. She’s a new woman now.
These include a £67 candle that promises to smell like her genitals and, in 2015, recommending a vaginal- steaming procedure which some experts warn can be dangerous.
Either way it sounds painful . . . so maybe stick to Ann Summers. She knows exactly what she’s doing and she’s far less likely to lecture you on vitamin supplements and crystal healing after.
Jez gives Ronson a boost
I WOULD never have thought I’d have Jeremy Clarkson to thank for a hit single.
But it turns out The Sun columnist inspired super-producer Mark Ronson and singer Sam Smith to agree to go into the studio together.
In Sunday’s episode of ITV’s Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? host Jeremy asked a contestant which act Mark hadn’t worked with out of Amy Winehouse, Bruno Mars, Miley Cyrus and Sam.
Sharing the question on Instagram, Mark wrote: “Sam Smith, let’s fix this my friend.” Sam replied: “Let’s do this.”

Mark worked with Amy on the 2007 song Valerie, Bruno on 2014’s Uptown Funk and Miley on 2018’s Nothing Breaks Like A Heart.

He has also collaborated with Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa and Ellie Goulding.
Making music with Sam is long overdue.
