While taking to on Friday, Salma gave her followers a look into her recent birthday celebration.
The Frida Kahlo actress’ birthday was on September 2.
Salma was surrounded by friends for her birthday festivities, as the group gathered on and around a bench while they chanted "Mordida" as the birthday girl prepared to blow the candles out.
, 46, rested her hand behind Salma’s neck and smiled before she shoved her friend’s face straight into the cake.
Luckily for Angelina, Salma was a good sport about the situation and burst out into laughter following the stunt.
She even explained that having your face shoved into a cake is part of the Mexican “Mordida” tradition, which is when the person celebrating their birthday takes the first bite out of the cake as their face is shoved into the dessert.
