DABABY's baby mama DaniLeigh was charged with assault after she "attacked the rapper TWICE."
The couple got into a wild fight in front of their newborn daughter on a recent Instagram Live.
On Sunday, DaBaby, 29, recorded a video and streamed it on Instagram as he fought with DaniLeigh, 26.
reported on Monday that cops showed up at the rapper’s home, while officials say he was assaulted by DaniLeigh on Sunday night and again on Monday.
According to the outlet, Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD said DaniLeigh was charged with “two counts of simple assault” after officers paid two visits to DaBaby’s home.
The first visit took place on Sunday night after DaBaby went live on Instagram, which caught DaniLeigh feeding their three-month-old child.
Cops said the rapper accused DaniLeigh of striking him, though police left the home without making an arrest.
Police were once again called to the house on Monday morning around 9:30am after DaBaby made another claim of domestic abuse.

During the second visit, cops found enough evidence to cite DaniLeigh for two misdemeanor assaults.
One charge was for Sunday’s incident and the second was for Monday’s altercation.
THE INSTAGRAM LIVE
During the first fight, DaBaby was streaming live to his social media when he and his baby mama started yelling at each other.
Meanwhile, she was lying in his bed, feeding their baby girl, and she demanded he stops filming them on his camera.
She tried to block the camera’s view of their child by putting up a pillow as a barrier.
Eventually, another video, as grabbed by , captured the cops arriving at the home after he called them on her, though DaniLeigh had no idea why.
She said in the clip: “Where he at? He wanna call the f***ing cops on me for whatever the f*** reason.”
After ranting and screaming, she told the police: “You can talk to him because he wanted to call you guys.”
DABABY'S STATEMENT
DaBaby later said in a statement on his IG Story that he called the cops because he was allegedly trying to get DaniLeigh to leave, though she refused.
The rapper explained: “I would like to swiftly remove myself from any of the ‘hostile’ behavior put on display moments ago.
“This here has gone far enough for shawty to crash on her own and it saddens me because I still got a queen to raise.
“The last hour has been documented for my safety and business done based on my reputation. With multiple threats of setting up an Internet scheme and a person refusing to not let me go, me and somebody else knew to record her.
“I done been beat on and yelled at and chased around like one of them fatal love attraction type girl. But I knew to keep it together.
“End of the day, no big deal, I don’t want charges pressed or nothing, I just want her peacefully removed, which they need to hurry up and do as we speak.”
DANILEIGH'S SIDE
DaniLeigh also shared her side of the story.
While getting emotional, the 26-year-old singer said: “It’s just f***ed up, out of nowhere, bro. Out of nowhere. I’m trying so hard to just…I tried to make this s**t work.
“I tried to for my baby. But this ain’t the best situation at all, bro. I deserve so much better.
“I really do. So I hope, God please, I pray this is the last situation because this s**t is not it. Every single time I come back into it. I completely love that man, but it’s not it.
“It don’t matter how much you love someone, if it ain’t right, it’s never going to be right.
“You can’t force somebody to be ready for something they’re never going to be ready for.”
DaniLeigh added that she and her daughter had allegedly been living with DaBaby for months when he suddenly tried to kick her out.
