BOB Saget was in 'great spirits and looking forward to comedy tour' before he was unexpectedly found dead in an Orlando hotel room.
The beloved actor was only 65 years old.
Fans, as well as famous friends, were shocked to learn of Bob's untimely passing.
News broke on Sunday, with authorities confirming that they responded to a call at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Orlando - the hotel the Full House star was staying at.
Now, sources tell The Sun exclusively: "Bob was in great spirits the days before, performing sold out comedy shows in Florida.
"You can see from his Instagram posts following the show what a blast he had on stage and how excited he was to be back on the comedy tour circuit."

While Kelly is emotional following the surprising loss, the insider says she's moved by the outpouring of love and support.
"Kelly is so appreciative and touched by all of the support, media tributes, fan response, and messages from close friends and family," the insider said.

The source went on to add: "She is still numb, as this has happened less than 24 hours ago, so she needs time to process this, and will speak out when she has had some time to properly grieve.
"It is truly devastating."
As Kelly and Bob's family attempt to wrap their minds around the loss, they are also working to plan a memorial for the actor/comic.
According to the insider: "The family is arranging for a memorial service to take place in Los Angeles.
"A date has not been set yet."
MOURING TOGETHER
Friends and colleagues poured into the home Bob and Kelly shared leading up to his death.
Kelly's close friend, Aggie Merz, was spotted waiting to be let in with her suitcases in tow.
As for those close to John, Candace Cameron Bure and John Stamos - both of whom appeared on Full House and Fuller House, the Netflix reboot of the 1980s and 1990s sitcom, with Bob - were seen at the house.
Kelly greeted John outside the home, embracing him in an emotional hug.
Kelly was stoic during the interaction, while John was spotted sans mask in his car looking unshaven and sad.
Online, tributes to Bob pouring in from friends and fans alike.
Candace, 45, who played Bob's eldest daughter on Full House, shared a series of photos of them together, : "I love you soooo much. I don't want to say goodbye. 35 years wasn't long enough."
John, meanwhile, tweeted: I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby."
Both shared a joint post from the Full House and Fuller House cast, which featured a photo of all of them together and the following : "Thirty-five years ago, we came together as a TV family, but we became a real family. And now we grief as a family.
"Bob made us laugh until we cried. Now our tears flow in sadness, but also with gratitude for all the beautiful memories of our sweet, kind, hilarious, cherished Bob.
"He was a brother to us guys, a father to us girls and a friend to all of us."
The message concluded with: "Bob, we love you dearly. We ask in Bob's honor, hug the people you love. No one gave better hugs than Bob."
THE DETAILS
Bob died on Sunday while staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando.
Hours prior to his passing, he had been performing at a local club.
The Sheriff's Department and fire department responded to the hotel at around 4pm after a hotel employee discovered Bob's body.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain unknown.
"Earlier today, deputies were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for a call about an unresponsive man in a hotel room," the Orange County Sheriff's Office tweeted.
"The man was identified as Robert Saget & pronounced deceased on the scene. Detectives found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case."
Bob had been touring the country, playing a show in Jacksonville on Saturday night.
He was due to leave the state the following day.
When family members couldn't get in touch with him, they grew concerned.
TMZ released more details about Bob's death, citing a police report.
The outlet revealed that hotel staff was sent to check on Bob due to concern from his family.
The staffer knocked several times and got no response.

Upon entering the room - which was completely dark - the employee found Bob on the bed with a hand on his chest.
He was cold to the touch, the hotel staffer said, and had no pulse.
