NICOLAS Cage looked totally unrecognizable with pale skin and purple lips as Dracula on the set of his new vampire movie.
The 58-year-old actor is currently filming Renfield, a vampire movie that is set to come out next year.
He will play Dracula in the upcoming film, alongside Nicholas Hoult, who stars as the titular character.
Renfield is directed by The Tomorrow War's Chris Mckay.
The actor looked like a true vampire with pale skin, long fingernails, slicked-back hair, and colorful jewelry.
Nicolas was dressed in a red, velvet suit and black boots, complete with purple lipstick.

The actor and his co-star were both seen covered in blood throughout the shoot.
ABOUT THE MOVIE
On a podcast, last December Nicolas said he wants to "bring something new to the character."
"I want it to pop in a unique way from how we've seen it played. So I'm thinking to really focus on the movement of the character," he said.
He went on to say that the movie is more of a comedy than a horror film.

It is currently being filmed in New Orleans and is about the character Renfield, who is the henchman to Dracula.
The movie also stars Awkafina, Ben Schwartz, Caroline Williams, and more.
Renfield is expected to be released on April 14, 2023.
