Jan Blomqvist celebrates day of the dead in Mexico and talks us through a frighteningly good selection of music
BERLIN based DJ and producer Jan Blomqvist has often been credited for bringing techno into a concert realm with his own band BLOMQVIST.
He is as used to touring with his band as he is to flying solo as an in demand DJ.
As a producer he’s released music on some of the best and coolest labels around including Stil vor Talent and Highgrade Records.
Tonight you will find him in Mexico playing at SET Underground’s Tierra De Los Muertos, one of the most Halloween of festivals in the world, taking place around Mexico’s famous day of the dead festival this weekend alongside the likes of Adam Ten, Damon Jee, Denis Horvat, Dramian, Frankey and Sandrino, Gab Rhome, Glowal, Kawas and more.
